General Hospital Poll Results: Will Maxie Forgive Peter His Latest Evil Plot?

Maxie has gotten pretty good at forgiving people on General Hospital. Both her parents more or less abandoned her growing up, but she still speaks to them.

Her mother-in-law kidnapped her cousin (more like her sister, Mac raised both of them), Robin (Kimberly McCullough), and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) still lets Liesl (Kathleen Gati) be a part of baby James’s life. And Peter (Wes Ramsey) played a role in getting Nathan (Ryan Paevey) killed but, hey, Maxie is still sucking face with him.

So how will our intrepid heroine react when she finds out that her beloved had Drew (Billy Miller) killed, helped with Shiloh’s (Ryan Coby McLaughlin) escape, and framed Sam (Kelly Monaco) for the cult leader’s murder. A little over 3,000 fans offered their take.

This Time, I Really Mean It

The majority, 75% of you, think this one is really the last straw. Maxie could forgive him all the previous things because, honestly, she’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer… and he has that totes sads story about his mean daddy and neglectful mommy, boo and hoo.

But even Maxie has to buy a clue sometimes. And if she couldn’t get it together for Robin or for Nathan, maybe… uh… Drew and Sam will spur her into action?

Boys Will Be Boys

If what he did to Nathan didn’t change Maxie’s mind about Peter, 25% of General Hospital fans aren’t holding their collective breath for Drew and Sam’s — and Andre’s (Anthony Montgomery) — fate to turn her against the Faison wannabe (no matter how much he claims he doesn’t).

Maxie has obviously decided there is nothing Peter can do that she can’t forgive. What a wonderful role model he is for her son — who is also his nephew.
