Has Willow ever been in control of her own destiny on General Hospital? She was raised in a cult. She was raped by Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). She gave her baby up for adoption. She had to deal with Nina (Cynthia Watros) overprotecting Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). She learned her baby had died. She bonded with the wrong baby. But that’s not all.
Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) faked an affair so that she had no choice but to marry Michael (Chad Duell) so they could win custody of the baby who wasn’t hers but whom she’d bonded with incorrectly anyway. In other words… no, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has never been in control of her own destiny. So to keep that trend going, we asked over 3,000 people what should happen to her next:
A majority 52% of you voted that Willow and Michael should win custody of Wiley, and then they should fall in love for real, becoming the happy family neither of them had growing up – or as adults, either. Obviously, Willow can’t decide what’s best for her. Let Chase and Sasha and the viewers do it for her.
A slightly smaller 46% of the audience wants Willow and Michael to win custody of Wiley – so Willow can then divorce him and reunite with Chase. The judge, we’re sure, will be totally fooled and never realize a scheme was afoot!
Only 2% want to see Michael and Willow lose custody of Wiley and then turn in fury on each other. We guess the idea is to make them a modern-day Alan (Stuart Damon) and Monica (Leslie Charleson) or, more recently, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright). Couples who hurt each other as much – if not more – than they love each other. That’s entertainment? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
