General Hospital Poll Results: Do Lulu and Dustin Have What It Takes?

You gotta give General Hospital’s Lulu credit. She clung to the belief that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) would return to her and their kids for much longer than most Port Charles citizens ever would.

Heck, it’s a town full of people who disagree with their significant other over what to have for dinner and, next thing you know, they’re in bed without someone else on the assumption that “it’s over.” So Lulu (Emme Rylan) holding onto the fantasy of a reunion with Dante is sweet.

But now it really is over. It’s time to move on, Lesley Lu. And is Dustin (Mark Lawson) the right person for her to move on with? What over 5,000 fans had to say:

Perfect Pretext

It was practically a three-way tie, but 35% of you came out victorious with a resounding “Yes!” Lulu and Dustin are perfect together. He’s tall, handsome and, so far, seemingly reliable. After being raised by vagabond Luke (Anthony Geary), then losing Dante to a life of adventure — and the PTSD that comes with it — Lulu could use a little stability.

A slightly smaller 34%  of General Hospital fans aren’t having it, however. You are certain Dante will come back for his wife and son… someday. And Lulu better be sitting there patiently, pining for him. She has no right to a life of her own, not while her man isn’t by her side. So sit yourself down, Lulu, and wait.

No Sleep Till Brook Lyn

Almost the same but still in last place, 31% don’t want Dustin to be sitting around lonely just because Lulu is. You saw the sparks with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), and you are eager for him to pursue the possibility. Sure, she’s spoiled and arrogant and manipulative.
