So is it time for her to reassess her entire life and drastically change course? What over 5,000 viewers are hoping to see when the show returns:
Sam and Mother, Detectives At Large
A landslide 82% of the audience would like for Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to go into the detective business with Sam (Kelly Monaco). Sam is so busy these days, mooning over Jason and dropping the kids over at Monica’s (Leslie Charleson).
Alexis could pick up the slack. Maybe she could even use her higher-education degree to not break quite as many laws in the course of her investigations, so the evidence can actually be admissible in court.

Table For Two?
Alexis doesn’t exactly have the personality for hospitality, a much smaller 7% admit. But maybe it might do her some good to work in a field with instant gratification. And tips. So how about hostessing at the Metro Court?
She could meet some new people. Clearly, having children with two brothers, then marrying the guy who initially knocked her up as a 16-year old proves Alexis is in desperate need of a broader social circle.
Grease Monkey
Does Brando (Johnny Wactor) need some help over at his garage? Only 6% suggested Alexis slip into some coveralls and take the job. Then again, she could cause even more trouble screwing up cars than she did screwing up cases. Maybe she can just answer phones and take care of the paperwork?
Rom-Com and Chill
Finally, in last place, 5% advised Alexis to stay home, put on a robe, and watch British rom-coms she loves so much. She might pick up some tips on how to talk to a man without turning into a gibbering idiot. Or, at least, do it with a charming accent. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC.
