General Hospital News Update: Eden McCoy Has A Bold Prediction For Josslyn’s Future

When General Hospital star Rebecca Herbst celebrated a birthday yesterday, her co-stars took to social media to wish her a great day, including her on-screen kids, or at least one actual kid and one surrogate kid. Will Lipton wished his TV mom a happy birthday, as did Eden McCoy and she had a wish for her character.

“Happy Birthday to my gorgeous future maybe TV mother-in-law, future maybe TV ex-mother in law, but certainly always a role-model and friend! Hey, it’s soaps! anything is possible. @RebeccaLHerbst #GHFamily,” McCoy tweeted.

Well, we all know Cameron has feelings for Josslyn (but does he have feelings for Trina, too?), but after all this time, Joss has yet to figure that secret out. She just thinks of Cameron as a bestie and she even made a play for Dev a few months ago.

Of course, Joss is afraid to fall for anyone right now after her first boyfriend, Oscar, died of cancer last year.

McCoy’s tweet is quite soap-ish, indeed. She calls Herbst her future maybe mother-in-law, but also her future maybe ex-mother-in-law, acknowledging on soaps that most marriages inevitably lead to divorce — but often the divorce leads to a re-marriage of five.

Could Cameron and Joss be in it for the long haul as Elizabeth and Lucky were all those years ago as young lovers who married more than once (but ultimately ended it for good)? Right now Cam is still keeping his feelings secret, he already kissed Trina, and Joss is oblivious to it all, which makes for lots of teen soap angst. Stay tuned and see what comes next.
