Fans can’t help but want to see Luke return to General Hospital and Port Charles.
Over the years, Luke (Tony Geary) has been involved with many women and many partnerships. It’s fun to think about what a Spencer return could bring to the show. Soap Hub asked if Luke came back, who would you want to see him paired with.
Mind Your Qs
After over 6,000 votes were tallied, 53% said they want to see Luke back with his ex-wife, Tracy (Jane Elliot). Sure, they were an odd pairing at first, but once they hit the groove, they were unstoppable. Tracy helped support Luke’s adventurous spirit, while he brought out a lighter side to her usually intense personality. It was hard to believe that any woman could follow in Laura’s footsteps, but somehow Tracy managed to win his heart and you want to see what else these two can accomplish.
Partners in Crime
It seems that 32% would love to see Luke re-team with his best friend Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) on another adventure. When these two put their heads together, no bad guy — or femme fatale — has a chance! Over the years, they have always been there to help each other out of a tight jam with a charming quip or witty retort. They are able to pick up just where they left off and that is the sign of a true friendship.
Lost Love
Surprisingly, only 15% would like to see him paired with his greatest love, Laura, (Genie Francis) again. That could be because her romance with Kevin (Jon Linstrom) has really taken off with fans. Yet you diehards remember the magic these two shared since the late 70s, and you know it’s always there no matter what. The chance to see these two work together again would be a dream come true!
