General Hospital Lovebirds: A Message From Wes Ramsey To Laura Wright

General Hospital real-life pair Laura Wright and Wes Ramsey celebrated a very special milestone this week. It was the anniversary of their first date and Ramsey had some beautiful things to say about the relationship that’s changed his life.

Three years ago today I had the best first date of my life. There was laughter and butterflies, deep emotional conversations & crazy intense attraction. Falling madly in love was measured more by hrs than days at that time,” Ramsey shared on Instagram next to a photo of Wright.

“I knew my life was changing,” he continued. “I love this image I secretly snapped recently because it symbolizes the calm stillness we strive for within ourselves to share with each other each day. We have grown and evolved, dreaming of the life…then realizing it together. Thank you for these 3 magical yrs of our life’s journey.”

At the time the pair met, Ramsey was not on General Hospital just yet, but he soon joined the cast as Peter August, the supposed son of Anna Devane and Cesar Faison. (We still don’t know if Peter really belongs with Anna’s twin, Alex, as they were both involved in a twin memory-mapping experiment.)

Their storylines have not crossed much over the last few years as Carly remains loyal to Sonny and Peter is madly in love with Maxie, but keeps doing nefarious things just to keep his past secrets from coming to light.
