General Hospital (GH) Recap: Jason And Sam Share A Kiss!

The General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, December 29 features the kiss that rocked Port Charles–or at least will when someone (like Drew) learns about it.

A Kiss May Not Be Just A Kiss
An autopilot mechanism on The Haunted Star got the boat moving, and Sam (Kelly Monaco) killed the engine, which left she and Jason (Steve Burton) adrift in the harbor. So, to pass the time, the pair played Dominoes and Tequila, and yes, Sam got a bit tipsy.

And even Jason let loose and admitted he misses her (and yeah, he kinda wants his life back). They then decided to watch the fireworks from the deck and well, one thing led to another and they kissed.

Carly Causes Car Trouble
Meanwhile, Drew’s (Billy Miller) car wouldn’t start thanks to Carly (Laura Wright) sabotage and he got a lift to the harbor from Kim (Tamara Braun).

Trouble For Anna And Finn
However, they were in a lot of traffic and had some bonding moments. But, no, they didn’t kiss at midnight because as soon as the Haunted Star was in sight, Drew made a run for it.

At Anna’s, Finn (Michael Easton) decided he had to run out and get Anna flowers to reset their relationship and Anna (Finola Hughes) got the champagne ready.

Then, Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) showed to kidnap Anna, freak out Finn, and put a damper on things. Earlier, she had her goon beat Valentin and deduced Finn was the one who bugged her phone.

Missed Anniversary
Meanwhile, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was pretty tied up as Nina (Michelle Stafford) lost her mind with worry waiting for him. He missed midnight with her, and in turn missed their first anniversary.

Scoop Falconeri
At the Metro Court, Lulu (Emme Rylan) didn’t worry about her boat and instead worried about how she herself would find Faison for a story. Good luck, Lulu.
