General Hospital (GH) Recap: Carly, Sam, And Tingling Toes

The General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, December 18 features Carly being Carly, Sam not knowing what to do, and Drew needing love. Just another day in Port Charles.

Sam’s Dilemma
Knowing he and Sam (Kelly Monaco) aren’t legally married, Drew (Billy Miller) asked her to marry him, and she told him they’re married in her heart.

She then promptly ran to Carly (Laura Wright) for advice and you know Carly told her, you may love Drew, but you REALLY love Jason and you should be with the person who really gets you and makes your toes tingle.

Drew’s Dilemma
Somehow, this sent Sam right back to Drew to say yes to his proposal, but by then he’d had a visit with Oscar (Garren Stitt). And Oscar wanted to know all about his childhood, and what his mother was like when they met. So, Drew decided he couldn’t marry Sam until he knew more about his past.

Disco Ball Dilemma
Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) asked Anna (Finola Hughes) if Andre (Anthony Montgomery) left her a mystery ornament and she said sure, let me go home and get it. But, it ended up in a box of ornaments she donated to the park.

When she got to the park, the disco ball ornament was gone and Jason had to tell her all the memories were in there. We soon saw the open disco ball on a desk–but whose desk? Hmm…

Franco’s Dilemma
At the hospital, Franco (Roger Howarth) told Liz (Rebecca Herbst) all about knowing which Jason was which and she somehow forgave him just like that. Then, he dreamed about what would happen if he told her his 3-year-old self pushed another 3-year-old down the steps as sadly 3-year-olds tend to do.

Dream Liz did not forgive him for that, but we’d bet a mom of three boys would, especially a mom of a kid who thought he pushed Sam down the steps two years ago. THINK, Franco.
