Trina Robinson has had a very difficult summer on General Hospital. Year. Last couple of years. There was the lawsuit accusing her of releasing Josslyn Jacks’s and Cameron Webber’s sex video. There was a push-pull relationship with Spencer Cassadine.
General Hospital Polling
There was the return of her father, Marcus Taggert, the faked death of her father, and then his return. And now we’re facing the question, is Taggart even really Trina’s father? Who should be the lucky guy?
GH: It Is What It Is
Almost half of you, 49%, are perfectly happy with Taggert (Real Andrews) being Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) father, and you need it to stay that way. Trina has been through too much lately to get a paternity reveal dumped on her. Plus, it will ruin her relationship with her mom, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), and that’s the last thing she needs right?
General Hospital: Obvious Choice
Portia has all but admitted that it’s Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) – well, not to Curtis. And that’s why 42% of the audience thinks it will make the perfect obstacle for this otherwise not particularly exciting couple. Curtis and Portia need something to shake them up, and finding out she’s been keeping a secret like this from him for two decades should make for some serious fireworks.
Nobody Needs To Know
Less than 9% of voters realize that Curtis being revealed to be Trina’s father is inevitable. But no one beyond Portia and Jordan Ashford need to know about it. Portia has kept the secret this long, she can keep holding onto it. Otherwise, it will hurt her daughter… and it will hurt her engagement to Curtis. If Portia is smart, she’ll just keep doing what she’s doing. This is all her fault. So it should be her responsibility to protect the people she claims to love from being enlightened.
