General Hospital Couple’s Real-Life Break Up

The romance between Andre and Jordan on General Hospital lasted longer offscreen between actors Anthony Montgomery and Vinessa Antoine than it did on-screen. In fact, it had endured both actors’ departures from the soap. But now comes word that their beautiful love story has come to an end.

Antoine, who has been spending a lot of time in her native Canada shooting her TV series Diggstown and doing publicity for it, updated followers Friday on her new status. “And just like that…she was single. 💔”

As recently as May 29, Montgomery was showing support to Antoine, sharing a post to Instagram about how her show scored a Season 2 pickup.

“YES!!! My love @therealvinessaantoine and her Diggstown family have been renewed for a 2nd season!!! Woohoo!!! Congratulations everyone!! Keep shining, Queen!!!”

Antoine joined GH back in 2014, with Montgomery following a year later. While their characters tried to make a go of their relationship, fans didn’t seem to embrace the couple. But offscreen, their relationship flourished as they went public on Valentine’s Day 2018.

Antoine also shared a meme to Instagram that simply said, ‘Be strong enough to let go and wise enough to wait for what you deserve,’ along with the caption, “Thank you, next.”
