The week of November 15, 2021
National Geographic photographer Joe Sartore appears as himself on Tuesday, November 16, when an exhibit of his work is displayed at the Jerome Gallery. He’ll share scenes with Maura West’s Ava, Sydney Mikayla’s Trina, Wally Kurth’s Ned, and Lisa LoCicero’s Olivia.
Also back on the GH scene has been Dan Buran as Linc Brown. He recently saved the day at Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) club by delivering a last-minute singer to appear at The Savoy. Buran had previously aired as Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) sleazy manager back in May of 2020.

General Hospital History
GH made its debut in 1963 and is the second longest-running daytime soap opera in American history. The longest-running soap is Guiding Light. While it’s not the longest-running serial, General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera currently on air.
The daytime drama outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households! From legendary Laura’s (Genie Francis) many decades on and off and back on as the show’s leading heroine to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) exploits to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his mobster activities, GH certainly knows how to please its viewers.
