Port Charles is about to lose its police commissioner. Vinessa Antoine, who joined the cast as Jordan Ashford in 2014, is leaving the soap to tackle the lead in the upcoming Canadian drama series Diggstown.

Antoine’s GH role, which is heavily involved in storyline, will be re-cast.
Meanwhile, Tristan Rogers is heading back to town as Robert Scorpio. The character was last seen in May, after Peter (Wes Ramsey) was arrested and exposed as Henrik Faison.
Jon Lindstrom, whose character Kevin was off visiting his wife Laura (Genie Francis) in France, is also returning home to PC.
Brytni Sarpy will be turning up at the PCPD as Valerie Spencer in a few weeks. The actress reported that she was back at the studio taping scenes, during a recent Q&A chat with fans.
