The week of February 20, 2023

Drew Cheetwood is set to reprise his role as Milo Giambatti, Sonny Corinthos’s former bodyguard and the guy who made quite a splash dancing shirtless at a past Nurses’ Ball. The actor is back for the tribute episode GH is planning for the late Sonya Eddy, who played Epiphany Johnson and Milo’s ex-girlfriend. 

Heather Olt has been playing Maggie Fitzgerald, the pub owner Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) questioned in England.  The character appears to be Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) former nanny.

General Hospital History

GH made its debut in 1963 and was created by the husband and wife team of Frank and Doris Hursley, taking place at a hospital in an unnamed city. In fact, the setting wasn’t named Port Charles until the 1970s. General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera currently on air.

From legendary Laura’s (Genie Francis) four decades on and off and back on as the show’s leading heroine, to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) exploits, to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his mobster activities, GH certainly knows how to please their viewers.
