General Hospital Alumna Hayley Erin Welcomes Twin Babies

As previously reported, Hayley Erin, who played ill-fated Kiki Jerome on General Hospital, and her husband, actor Adam Fergus (Supernatural), are expecting twin babies. Now, one of the actress’s former co-stars has shared the first photo of the brand new newborns on social media.

Robert Palmer Watkins (ex-Dillon Quartermaine, GH) posted on his Instagram stories a photo apparently taken in the delivery room showing Fergus holding his and Erin’s newborns where Erin can be seen in the background. “CONGRATS TO SOME OF MY FAVORITE HUMANS,” Watkins posted.

At press time, the new mom and dad haven’t officially announced further details (names, etc.) but they first shared the news of impending parenthood on April 1 of this year. Despite it being April Fool’s Day, the couple was being truthful about expecting — and not just one child but two! And Fergus posted on Instagram in early April that, “I shall be a dad of girlzzzzzz.” “Hey guess wh……… 🤐,” Fergus posted in the spring. To which Erin playfully commented: “What??”

Hayley Erin won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series 2019 for her role as Kiki Jerome on GH. Erin played the part from 2015 to 2018. In an ironic twist, unbalanced Ryan Chamberlin (Jon Lindstrom) murdered poor Kiki, who was on the outs with her mother Ava Jerome (Maura West) as Ryan was obsessed with Ava and thought in some bizarre way this would find favor with Ava. Yikes!

Erin Will Always Think of GH As Home

After Erin left GH in 2018, she appeared in the 10-episode series Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists. She returned to GH in 2019 for an episode in which Ava Jermone had a fantasy that her beloved daughter visited her in a fantasy sequence. Erin had shared her thoughts on Kiki being killed off in a previous interview.

Perhaps surprisingly, she was okay with GH’s decision to kill her character off. “I’m truly flattered that they killed Kiki off and didn’t recast,” Hayley Erin told Soap Hub. “I’d love to come back anytime and be in a dream or haunt someone. I love the genre, the people. It’s always going to be my first home.”
