Detective Harrison Chase has gotten plenty of screen time since arriving on General Hospital.
He argued with his half-brother, Finn (Michael Easton) and plotted with Michael (Chad Duell). But the closest Chase (Josh Swickard) has gotten to a love interest was his past entanglement with Nelle (Chloe Lanier).
That doesn’t count.

Oh, come on, it’s obvious, 39% of you are desperately jabbing your fingers in Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) direction. She’s a poor, widowed single mom. Her late husband was a cop.
And, Maxie has always had a thing for boys who straddled the line between bad and good – and periodically fell off it. Chase was brought on to be Dante’s new police partner after Nathan died. Why not take over for Nathan with Maxie, as well?

Best Man
On the other hand, Dante’s wife, Lulu (Emme Rylan), is feeling pretty lonely these days, too, with Dante away indefinitely doing his undercover work.
Lulu is used to being abandoned. Her parents did it to her for her entire life. As a result, Lulu has issues. She doesn’t like being alone. And hooking up with Chase is the kind of thing 30% of the audience can imagine Lulu doing.
Young and Restless
What about Kiki (Hayley Erin)? Her relationship with Griffin (Matt Cohen) isn’t going anywhere. And her mom, Ava (Maura West), isn’t speaking to her.
Kiki is lonely and at loose ends, too. And, on the bright side, Chase isn’t forbidden fruit, like Griffin was. If they were to hook up, nobody would care. Which, after everything, 28% view as a good thing.
