While Soap Hub suspects she might have come from an embryo made from Lulu and Dante (anything is possible), that still doesn’t fit the timeline because no way were these two children conceived seven years ago.
Actor Dominic Zamprogna didn’t even create the character of Dante until 2009.

While we love the idea of Dante and Lulu getting this little Christmas miracle, careless and contrived writing has put a damper on what could have been a much happier story.
