Chapter Two: Who Should Sam Hook Up With Next On General Hospital?

It’s beginning to look as if Sam might finally be out from under the mob’s spell on General Hospital. Sure, it could only be a bit of temporary insanity and she’ll be back to worship at Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) feet shortly (likely as soon as he returns from the dead and the world weeps in gratitude for this Second Coming).

But, in the meantime, Sam (Kelly Monaco) appears to have come to the conclusion that being married to a mob enforcer like Jason (Steve Burton) might be a wee bit dangerous for the lives of her children, Danny and Scout.

Sam and Jason are on a break. Which means she’s free to look around and see who else is available. Find out whose direction viewers would like her to start looking:

New Directions

Sam is already familiar with everyone available locally, 70% of you point out, which means what she needs is somebody new. If Drew (Billy Miller) can’t come back from the presumed dead same as Sonny, then a fresh face is in order. Maybe Jason and Drew had a triplet?

Grease Monkey Brando

Only 16% of the audience thinks Brando (Johnny Wactor) is worthy of Sam. He’s relatively new, and he’s already been flirted with by Carly (Laura Wright), which means she’s exercised her right of first refusal regarding any new man in town, and he’s free and clear. Brando had a one-night stand with Molly (Haley Pullos) which didn’t go anywhere. So maybe he’s in the market for a longer-term relationship?

Back In Town

Only a bit less, 14%, went for Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) as an option for Sam. The love of his life, Lulu (Emme Rylan) is lying in a coma somewhere out of town, so Dante is footloose and fancy-free. Well, except for that whole Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and brainwashing thing. But Sam is used to men with memory loss and brain damage. In fact, they’re kind of exclusively her thing.
