It’s amazing to watch kids grow up right before our eyes on soaps and General Hospital has given us that opportunity with both Kimberly McCullough (Robin) and the young actress who plays Robin’s daughter, Emma, Brooklyn Rae Silzer.
Since Robin, Patrick, and Emma left Port Charles and GH in early 2016, both McCullough and Silzer have made occasional visits back east. Emma returns more than Robin to stay with her grandmother, Anna, and that’s about to happen once again.
Soaps.com has confirmed that Silzer’s Emma was originally expected back in PC on February 6. However, with the ongoing impeachment trial of the President of the United States, that date will likely be pushed back at least two weeks.
Silzer is clearly excited about the visit and took to Twitter to share her joy, thanking the show for having her back. What Emma will be doing during her visit is not yet known, but we bet we will see some pretty cute scenes between the character and Violet, the little girl about to become Anna’s stepdaughter if she really does marry Finn.
The young actress first started playing Emma in 2011 when she was just 5 years old. She is now 13-year-old, so we expect a teen Emma to want to team up with super-spy grandparents Robert and Anna again to perhaps solve a crime.
She accompanied them to Europe in 2018 when Anna was on the search for the man who may or not be her son, Peter August, aka Henrik Faison. Emma showed she clearly inherited their detective skills. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
