What if Nelle’s plan on General Hospital (GH) is even more complicated than she thinks?

Nelle (Chloe Lanier) has been trying to drive Carly (Laura Wright) crazy by tricking her into thinking Morgan (Bryan Craig) might still be alive.

What if he actually is? It’s a soap. Dead is never really dead… until contract negotiations break down. What if Morgan is alive and he returns to Port Charles?

What will that mean for Ava (Maura West)? Sure, she’s got priest-turned-doctor Griffin (Matt Cohen)… but that relationship has been a bit rocky lately.

Morgan was one of the candidates in the Who Is Avery’s Daddy Sweepstakes, before Sonny (Maurice Benard) won, as he always does.

No Doubt About It
Griffin who? That’s what 73% of you expect Ava to ask as she blows by him on her way to Morgan. Sure, she did some terrible things to Morgan – like mess with his bipolar medication – but Ava did genuinely care for him. As much as Ava can care for anyone.

Plus, he wasn’t constantly making Ava feel like a sinner. Morgan grew up in the Corinthos household. He knows what real sinning is.

Stay the Course
Ava’s problems with Griffin stem from Griffin refusing to see how badly she’s been mistreated by Sonny.

Sonny and Carly stole Ava’s daughter from her while Ava was barely conscious in the hospital, but all Griffin can think to say is: Sonny is a good Catholic. (Really, Griffin? Really? Even with the killing and the sleeping around?)

The problem is, Morgan won’t be any better, 26% reason. Even if he and Ava do reunite, Morgan will still likely be making up excuses for his mom and dad’s horrible behavior. So, Ava won’t exactly be trading up.
