All My Children Stars Reunite On The New Show Reunion Road Trip

Pine Valley, the proposed series from Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, isn’t the only new show that will feature All My Children stars. Cameron Mathison, Rebecca Budig, and Jacob Young are taking part in a four-part series on E! titled Reunion Road Trip.

Entertainment Weekly announced that the trio of AMC stars along with players from other series including Scrubs, A Different World, and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy will be featured on Reunion Road Trip.

Each episode will delve into stars’ earliest days from auditions to first impressions, how fans still remember them (even though AMC went off ABC in 2011), and more. Reunion Road Trip premieres next month, and the debut episode will feature Mathison, Budig, and Young.

The trio will be seen at an exclusive Hollywood mansion at a gala that celebrates AMC’s 50th anniversary. There will be “surprise” visits from former cast members Alicia Minshew (ex-Kendall), Debbi Morgan (ex-Angie), Kelly Ripa (ex-Hayley), and Darnell Williams (ex-Jesse).

Later this year, Mathison is set to debut on General Hospital in an as-yet-unannounced role. Budig and Young have already appeared on GH, but not as their AMC characters. Budig played Hayden, the half-sister of Elizabeth (Rebecca Budig) and the granddaughter of the legacy character Dr. Steve Hardy (original cast member John Beradino), General Hospital’s chief of staff.

Hayden left Port Charles in 2019, leaving behind her daughter Violet (Jophielle Love) in the care of her father Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Young exited GH in early 2003. By the end of the year, he’d joined AMC as JR Chandler. The actor recently booked a role on the hit series The Walking Dead.
