The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, April 1, 2020, features Julian making a fool out of himself (and Alexis), Trina denying the (slightly-fabricated) truth, Lulu encouraging Dustin, and Sonny getting through to Mike.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Alexis was furious with Julian (William de Vry) for his violent interruption of her and Neil’s (Joe Flanigan) conversation but he countered that he was merely protecting her honor and giving a predator like Neil what he deserved.
Not satisfied with actions so far, Julian loudly shouted that he and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) were aware of the fact that Neil and Alexis slept together in New York City. A cloud of doctors and nurses gathered outside the exam room and Felix (Marc Anthony Samuel) requested that the quartet adjourns to a more private location.
Instead, they stayed put and Julian further accused Neil of causing Alexis to fall off the wagon, something the legal eagle denied. After being ordered to leave by the very woman he claimed to be defending, Julian was informed by Britt that their “extracurricular activities” had come to an end.
Trina – Loyal to a Fault
Trina (Sydney Mikayla) was less than pleased to find Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) in deep conversation with her mother and she responded even less positively to the news that Taggert (Real Andrews) was under investigation for planting evidence.
She bitterly condemned the pair for sullying her father’s stellar reputation as a lawman and even turned on Portia (Brook Kerr) for believing their story. Though the adults tried to further explain the issue, Trina refuses to listen and fled the scene – with Cameron (William Lipton) in hot pursuit.
Putting His Skills To Work
After momentarily frightening Lulu (Emme Rylan), Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) explained that she wasn’t interested in Dustin (Mark Lawson) as a romantic conquest. No, instead she wanted him to pen her a hit song. The prospect didn’t exactly thrill Port Charles High’s most beloved teacher, but Lulu encouraged him to do so.
A Haunting In PC
Sonny (Maurice Benard) managed to talk Mike (Max Gail) into taking a stroll around the hospital. During the outing, the two were joined by Carly (Laura Wright) and Brando (Johnny Wactor) whom Mike not only recognized but remembered should be dead!
Trouble Brewing
A lunch date between Nina (Cynthia Watros), Jax (Ingo Rademacher), and Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) ended in near disaster when the young woman purposefully tripped Jax with the aide of her backpack. A crime of which Nina was very much aware. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
