Star Wars Resistance Star Christopher Sean Joins New Superhero Series

Christopher Sean may not be in Salem any longer playing Paul on Days of our Lives, but fans of the actor can see the performer in an upcoming new project. The actor, fresh off his success in Star Wars Resistance, recently shared on social media news about the latest exciting new role he’s taking on.

“The Unleashed is a brand new loosely scripted hybrid RPG [role-playing game] superhero series layered with cinematic segments, audience participation and Twitch extensions,” posted Meghan Camarena. “Featuring an all-Star cast and incredible art, this show is like nothing you’ve ever seen before. The actor recently wrapped his leading role as Kazuda Xiono on the animated show Star Wars Resistance from 2018-2020, in which he interacted with animated versions of characters fans have loved in the film universe like Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), Captain Phasma (Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie), and General Leia Organa (voiced by General Hospital star Carolyn Hennesy in place of the late Carrie Fisher).

Before that, Sean made his Days of our Lives debut in 2014 as Paul Narita, a baseball player, who needed surgery related to a torn rotator cuff. Soon, viewers learned that Paul had dated Sonny (Freddie Smith) years earlier. Paul wasn’t ready to come out yet so, he tried to send Sonny on his way.

While Paul’s surgery was a “success” it wasn’t enough of a victory for him to resume pitching once more. Will (then, Guy Wilson; now, Chandler Massey) ended up sleeping with Paul after he was assigned to write an article about him. Paul signed off on an article in which he came out. He then donated O-negative blood to save Sonny’s life after he’d been stabbed by enemies of his uncle Victor (John Aniston).

Sonny blasted Paul after finding out that he’d slept with Will, his husband. Later, he discovered that his biological pop is John Black (Drake Hogestyn). Paul was paralyzed from the waist down after falling out a window while trying to protect Sami (Alison Sweeney) from Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). Hoping to regain his ability to walk, Paul went to a therapy center in San Francisco to get some aid.
