The Below Deck Season 12 premiere is probably one of the most dramatic in the original series. Captain Kerry Titheradge has a lot of work on his hands, including handling his randy crew members and unruly charter guests.
OG Series Returns
The OG series was so popular that it spawned spinoffs like Below Deck Mediterranean, Below Deck Sailing Yacht, and Below Deck Down Under, the latter of which just wrapped up its third season. This time, Captain Kerry Titheradge and a few familiar faces will face some turbulent waters, both literally and figuratively.
The yacht will travel across the Caribbean, with stops at Anguilla, St. Barths, and Sint Maarten. According to the trailer, the luxury liner is packed with wild moments. There is an adult party happening and rude charter guests. In fact, one of the guests is so violent that they’re promptly removed from the boat.

Other returning favorites include Chief Stew Fraser Olender and deckhand Kylie Stillie. Everyone will be watching Kyle this season. The Season 12 trailer teases that Kyle seemingly slept with one of the charter guests, which is grounds for firing. “The crew thinks you’ve banged a charter,” Captain Kerry said bluntly. The kicker? She’s married, reports Entertainment Weekly.
There are also plenty of fresh faces. This season, we’ll get to know Chef Lawrence Snowden, a faithful Christian. This is a first for the reality show. It’ll be interesting to see how he handles a crew that loves to drink, party, and sleep around. Stews Soléne Favreau, Barbara Kulaif, and Rainbeau de Roos round out the interior team.
On the deck team are Bosun Caio Poltronieri, deckhand Jess Theron, and fellow deckhand Damo Yorg. It turns out this deck crew isn’t easy to deal with. The trailer shows that Caio is busy “figuring out how to manage his team.”
