September 8th marked the end of an era with the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. She died at her summer residence, Balmoral Castle in Scotland. The Queen was the longest-running British Monarch spending 70 years on the throne. She was 96 years old.
Bernard Shaw also passed on September 8th. The CNN anchor succumbed to pneumonia. He was the first chief anchor for the news network when CNN launched in 1980. He was 82 years old.
Joining Queen Elizabeth and Bernard Shaw is comedian David A. Arnold. His family confirmed his September 8th death. The Netflix star is said to have passed from natural causes. He was 54 years old.
