Tragedy struck on the set of Law & Order: Organized Crime when a shooting occurred. Johnny Pizarro was sitting in his car when he was gunned down and killed. No arrests have been made at the time of publication.
Actress Rebecca Balding passed away on July 20th at 73 years old. She spent more than 30 years on screen in various roles but is best known as Carol David on Soap, Mary McBride on Paradise, and Elise Rothman (Aunt Jackie) on Charmed.
Canadian actor Pat John, famous for his role as Jesse Jim in Beachcombers is dead. The shíshálh Nation member passed away at 69 years at his home. He was found in his favorite chair in the backyard on July 13th.
Emmy-nominated actor Taurean Blacque passed away on July 21 at 82 years old. Blacque rose to fame in his role as Detective e Neal Washington in Hill Street Blues and as Henry Marshall on Generations. He died in his home after suffering from a brief illness.
Shonka Dukureh, who recently played Big Mama Thorsten in the biopic Elvis, died on Thursday. The 44-year-old singer/actress was found unresponsive by her children.
