Bennifer fans rejoice! The couple eloped in Vegas on Sunday and are officially official. So much so, Jennifer Lopez is now Jennifer Affleck. Jen and Ben Affleck are over the moon.
Chelsea Handler is single once again. She announced she broke up with Jo Koy. The break-up comes less than a year after the couple came out as an item publicly.
Tristan Thompson may be having a baby with Khloé Kardashian but that doesn’t mean he’s settling down with her. Nope. Not even close. He was sighted on the weekend holding hands with his newest flame.
Crime And Justice
Ricky Martin’s legal troubles are wrapping up. The superstar won huge in court when his nephew withdrew all claims of harassment, violence, and accusations of a sexual relationship.
Entertainment News: Illness and Injury
This week, the family of famed comedian Ruth Buzzi asked for prayers. Her husband took to social media to update fans on his wife’s health. The funny woman suffered a series of strokes.
News broke on Thursday, July 21 that President Joe Biden is Covid positive. The White House issued a statement that the country’s leader is experiencing mild symptoms and is being treated.
Pearl Jam was forced to cancel a leg of their tour after frontman, Eddie Vedder suffered damage to his throat. A slew of elements contributed to the injury including conditions at their Paris show forced him to see a doc and receive treatment. At his point, he is still not recovered.
American Pickers star Frank Fritz was hospitalized after suffering a stroke this week. According to TMZ, the prognosis for the fan favorite star doesn’t sound too promising. His family costars are asking for thoughts and prayers.
Celebrity Scandals
Drake suffered a scary moment this week when an intruder broke into his home. The 23-year-old perp said he had a good reason, though. He claims 35-year-old Drake is his father. The man was arrested.
There is more legal trouble on the way for RHOBH star Erika Jayne. She is now being sued by Christina Fulton. The latter alleges Jayne’s company was created for the purpose of funneling money from her ex-husband Tom Girardi’s firm Girardi Reese. She wants compensation after being a victim of this fraud. Vince McMahon is OUT at the WWE. His latest sex scandal has led to his early retirement. The 77-year-old entertainment wresting guru is accused of multiple payouts after several affairs. He made the announcement on Twitter.

Casting & Changes
Five-time Grammy winner H.E.R is stepping into a whole new kind of role. She will play Belle in ABC’s upcoming Beauty and the Beast special. The R&B star said she couldn’t be more honored to play the part.
Justin Hartley will soon be back on the small screen, hopefully. Jeffrey Deaver’s The Never Game has gotten the green light for an NBC pilot starring the former This Is Us and Y&R alum.
NBC will also be piloting a drama called Found. This show will star several familiar faces including Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Shanola Hampton, and Brett Dalton.
RHOC fans are getting a familiar face back on set. Tamara Judge is set to return in the upcoming season as a full-time player. The fan-favorite drama Queen will be front and center when the show returns to air.
Entertainment News: In Memoriam
Nolan Neal, known best to fans of America’s Got Talent and The Voice, passed away on July 19th. He was found by a friend at his home. The 41-year-old’s cause of death has yet to be confirmed but the police suspect his long-time struggle with substance abuse played a role.
Tragedy struck on the set of Law & Order: Organized Crime when a shooting occurred. Johnny Pizarro was sitting in his car when he was gunned down and killed. No arrests have been made at the time of publication.
Actress Rebecca Balding passed away on July 20th at 73 years old. She spent more than 30 years on screen in various roles but is best known as Carol David on Soap, Mary McBride on Paradise, and Elise Rothman (Aunt Jackie) on Charmed.
Canadian actor Pat John, famous for his role as Jesse Jim in Beachcombers is dead. The shíshálh Nation member passed away at 69 years at his home. He was found in his favorite chair in the backyard on July 13th.
Emmy-nominated actor Taurean Blacque passed away on July 21 at 82 years old. Blacque rose to fame in his role as Detective e Neal Washington in Hill Street Blues and as Henry Marshall on Generations. He died in his home after suffering from a brief illness.
Shonka Dukureh, who recently played Big Mama Thorsten in the biopic Elvis, died on Thursday. The 44-year-old singer/actress was found unresponsive by her children.
