Netflix is getting into the Christmas spirit. The streaming platform is expanding its holiday content with new Hallmark holiday movies. The media giants are joining forces to make your holidays bright.

Stream Hallmark Holiday Movies

Hallmark continues to be the home for holiday movies. As many as 50 movies are set to premiere on the Hallmark Channel in 2024 alone. New shows will also be available on the Hallmark Mystery and its new streaming platform, Hallmark+.

Finding Hallmark’s movie might be more difficult if you don’t have a cable subscription. Some of those movies might leave Peacock. However, new movies can be watched live and on-demand three days after their release.

On November 1, Netflix welcomed new Hallmark holiday films such as A Bitmore Christmas, Christmas on Cherry Lane, A Heidelberg Holiday, Miracle in Bethlehem, and A Merry Scottish Christmas. You can read the entire list via Showbiz CheatSheet.

Original Netflix Christmas Movies

In addition, Netflix has a wide variety of original Christmas movies, and that will continue into the holiday season. Some of the most popular movies include A Christmas Prince, Dolly Parton’s Christmas on the Square, The Knight Before Christmas, Holiday Rush, The Princess Switch, and Scrooge: A Christmas Carol.

Lacey Chabert is typically seen as the Queen of Christmas, but she’s also made a move to Netflix. This comes after the news of a lawsuit against Hallmark Media. Allegations surfaced that the channel had plans to phase out Chabert and Holly Robin on Peete because they are officially “too old.”

Chabert is starring in a new spicy holiday movie called Hot Frosty. This heartfelt film is about a snowman who melts and transforms into a naked man, with whom Chabert’s character falls in love. Netflix is shaking up its holiday content with unique plots you won’t find on the Hallmark Channel.
