Schedule Alert For Hearties

Hearties look forward to new episodes of When Calls the Heart on Sundays. However, Episode 6, titled “Moment of Truth,” will air on Saturday instead of its usual Sunday slot, as reported via Entertainment Now. The show is experiencing a brief schedule shakeup due to the Super Bowl, which will air during its regular date and time.

Super Bowl LX will air on Sunday, February 8, at 6:30 p.m. on NBC. The game is held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, this year. It will also be streamed on Peacock and will have Spanish-language coverage on Telemundo.

Because of this, WCTH will air Episode 6 on Saturday, February 7, at 8:00 p.m. ET on the Hallmark Channel. New episodes stream the following day on Hallmark+, if you would rather watch it on Sunday.

Familiar Face Coming to Hope Valley

According to Hallmark’s official synopsis for Episode 6, “A familiar face returns and brings a fun, new piece of technology with her… the polygraph.” Melissa Gilbert will reprise her role as Georgie McGill. Georgie last appeared in Season 12, when she struck up a romance with Bill Avery (Jack Wagner).

The network also spoiled a moment involving Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry). During a “playful line of questioning,” something or someone catches him by surprise. Episode 6 will also set up a new mystery involving Hope Valley.

Since Gilbert is returning to WCTH and introducing a polygraph, this episode could be related to the wildfires that ravaged the town. The technology comes at the right time as the residents of Hope Valley seek answers.

Hope Valley Recovers From Wildfire

In Episode 5, the wildfire investigation moved forward, focusing on the residents. Some of them found themselves left to navigate their lives after losing everything. It’s clear that this tragedy has taken its toll on the residents.

Nathan, Bill, and Oliver Garrett moved forward with the investigation. So far, they have come across burned cement and rock fragments. Henry Gowen (Martin Cummins) found something similar in his son’s trunk. This discovery left the men wondering whether Christopher (James Drew Dean) could be connected to the fire.
