Season 34 Wraps Up

DWTS Season 34 concluded last Tuesday night. Robert Irwin and Witney Carson were crowned as the champions. They brought home the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy. The season finale performances include Judges’ Choice, a freestyle round, and an Instant Dance.

Irwin’s win took place ten years after his sister, Bindi Irwin, won the competition. During the Nov. 25 live finale broadcast, hosts Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough announced the upcoming DWTS 2026 tour lineup.

However, fans were upset about the schedule, reports The U.S. Sun. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt and Eras Tour backup dancer Jan Ravnik are missing from the tour.

Meanwhile, celebrities such as Robert Irwin, Danielle Fishel, Alix Earle, Elaine Hendrix, Dylan Efron, Andy Richter, and Jordan Chiles were confirmed. But they will be performing on select dates.

It’s the Holiday Season

December is here, which means that the holiday season is in full swing. DWTS aims to get fans into the holiday spirit. During the Season 34 finale, Ribeiro announced, “Next Tuesday night, we are decking the halls and the ballroom for our first-ever holiday celebration. We’ll have exciting dances from our pros, surprise guests, and a performance from Pentatonix.”

The one-hour special airs tonight, Tuesday, December 2, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+. The ballroom will transform into a winter wonderland filled with holiday magic. You can expect special guests, pro dancers, and holiday greetings that will warm your heart.

What To Expect

According to Parade Magazine, neither DWTS nor ABC has announced which celebrities would return to the ballroom. Of course, there could be a Disney character or two thrown into the mix.

The pros who will perform in the DWTS holiday special include Witney Carson, Val Chmerkovskiy, Ezra Sosa, Alan Bersten, Britt Stewart, Jenna Johnson, Rylee Arnold, Emma Slater, Jan Ravnik, and more.

Derek Hough will not perform. He is hosting ABC’s other holiday special, The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular, which aired on Monday, Dec. 1, and is now available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.
