When Calls the Heart star Erin Krakow dropped a teaser for Season 13. The cast is back filming at MacInnes Farms in Langley, British Columbia. Hearties are dying for teasers, and they might’ve gotten one. Krakow’s latest Instagram post has them smiling about Elizabeth and Nathan’s future.
Grinning Like Fools
On Instagram, Krakow shared an outtake from Season 13 of WCTH, even though it doesn’t premiere until 2026. The shot showed Krakow and her co-star Kevin McGarry with big, goofy grins on their faces. They couldn’t stop smiling. This outtake inspired a new social media challenge.

In the caption, Krakow encouraged Hearties to, “Tag someone who makes you smile like thiiiiis. 😄” Hearties couldn’t help but smile at this photo. One fan commented, “I love the open mouth smile😂,” while another one mused, “I hope I’m this giddy when I hear about N&E’s storyline for season 13.” A third fan asked, “What’s behind those mischievous smiles?? Can’t wait to find out!”
Happy Ending?
Will Elizabeth and Nathan finally get married? At the end of Season 12, things took an emotional toll. Elizabeth (Krakow) left Hope Valley with Little Jack (Hyland Goodrich) to get the medicine he needed for his diabetes. They went to Cape Fullerton, so they could be closer to a hospital that had a better treatment option.
Just before they made their journey, Nathan (McGarry) showed up with Allie (Jaeda Lily Miller) by his side. He told them about their intentions to join them. “Where you go, I go,” Nathan told Elizabeth, sending Hearties into a tizzy. The finale showed all four of them leaving together, which shifted the family dynamic.

This could suggest that Nathan and Elizabeth’s relationship will take a significant turn. The outtake could suggest they get engaged.
