Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish) is never afraid to stand up for herself or the people she cares about on Law & Order: SVU, which is one of the many reasons she’s such a fantastic detective.
Law & Order: SVU Mash-Up
This video is counting down the top 10 times Rollins was straight-up savage on the NBC drama, whether it was to her co-workers, the people she was trying to put in jail, or anyone else who got in her way.
“Rollins is a woman of many talents, but sugar-coating things? Not so much,” Giddish says about her beloved character. It’s pretty obvious she gets a kick out of playing the no-nonsense cop.

While the video is filled with incredible quotes, one of Rollins’s best came when she went after former detective Nick Amaro. “You are so addicted to your own misery. I’d recommend help, but they don’t have a 12-step program for self-pity,” she says. Watch the countdown video above to relive some of Rollins’s best moments on the show.
