Bachelor in Paradise star Joe Amabile is still happily dating girlfriend Kendall Long, but are they heading to the altar anytime soon?
The couple started dating during this past season of Bachelor in Paradise and have already been through a lot in the short time they’ve been together.
Though they are happy with where they are in their relationship right now, Joe is glad they didn’t get engaged on the show.
“No, we don’t regret not getting engaged on the show. We take it day by day and we really just enjoy hanging out with each other,” he recently told Life & Style.
“We don’t feel any need for that added pressure of an engagement, but we are solid, so you never know.”
During the interview, Joe joked, “She’s pregnant but besides that… we’re just taking it day by day.”
They are clearly in no rush to take their relationship to the next level!
Joe’s time on Dancing With the Stars kept him in Los Angeles, instead of returning home to Chicago, so it was great for the couple to spend more time together.
But now that they have a bit of free time, they are hoping to travel the world together.
“We’re going to New York in about a week and a half, and then we’re going to go to Chicago, and then we want to do Japan, Amsterdam, and Paris — all the places,” he shared.
“I don’t know how many of those we’ll be able to do, but I’m really going to shoot for trying to go to Japan.”
We are so happy to hear you two are still going strong! Do you think Joe and Kendall will be getting engaged soon? Let us know what you think!
