Jennifer Lawrence is officially an engaged woman!
The Hunger Games actress and her boyfriend Cooke Maroney are set to tie the knot, sources recently told Page Six.
People started speculating about a possible engagement earlier this month when Jen was spotted wearing a “massive ring” while out to dinner with friends.
“It was a giant rock. They seemed like they were celebrating and people were talking about it,” a source said.
“The ring was very noticeable. They were sitting back in a corner. She was wearing a cute black dress with white polka dots.”
The 28-year-old and the art gallerist started dating back in June 2018 after they were introduced by Jennifer’s best friend, Laura Simpson.
Though they’ve been together for less than a year, they have practically been inseparable.
From dining in New York City to jetting around the world, Jennifer and Cooke have been spotted a number of times together in recent months.
They were first seen getting close in June 2018 while they were in New York. They were then spotted holding hands in Paris back in August.
Though they were caught by paparazzi a handful of times, Jennifer has worked hard to keep her relationship private.
However, Jennifer had dated a few famous men prior to her engagement to Cooke.
She dated actor Nicholas Hoult for a number of years, but the couple split in 2014. She was then romantically linked to Chris Martin for a few months and most recently dated director Darren Aronofsky.
Entertainment Hub sends congratulations on the engagement to the happy couple!
