Jennifer Garner Writes Touching Birthday Tribute To Her Mother

Jennifer Garner may be a major celebrity worth millions of dollars, but she’s still got to wish her mother a Happy Birthday on social media like the rest of us. The former Alias star showed a little love to her mama on her special day.

“Hey mom — you’re the best. I love you. Happy birthday. #andpeoplesayiboughtmylips #81tonsoffunandthriving,” she captioned a photo of her mother.

And she wasn’t kidding about her lips — as you can see in the image below, Garner definitely takes after her adorable mother in that department — making her very lucky!

Garner’s mother, Patricia, and her father, William, raised the actress and her two other sisters in Charleston, West Virginia.

This comes just a couple of days after Garner celebrated Mother’s Day with her ex-husband Ben Affleck, and their three children. In fact, Affleck shared a sweet Mother’s Day tribute to his ex-wife on social media and thanked her for all she’s done.

“Happy Mother’s Day to the two incredible mothers who have shown me the meaning of love,” he captioned a photo of Garner and his mother.

“Today I am making donations to two organizations in their honor: @cut50’s #DignityForIncarceratedWomen campaign, a national initiative to help reduce the prison population while making our communities safer, and @NationalBailout, an incredible organization that works with groups all over the country on Mother’s Day to bail out black moms and caregivers, provide supportive services and fellowship opportunities to help end money bail and pretrial detention.”

Despite calling it quits on their 10-year marriage in 2015, both Affleck and Garner have done their best to co-parent their children together.
