Jana Kramer doesn’t have any time for mommy shamers these days. The actress took to her Instagram over the weekend to call out “fans” who have been sharing their unwanted parenting advice.
It all started after the 35-year-old shared a video of her three-year-old daughter, Jolie, having a bit of a tantrum. Kramer has shared videos like this before on social media because she wants other parents to know it’s normal to have kids who throw tantrums.
However, one person commented on the video and said Jolie is upset because she misses her mom when Kramer spends time with her other child, 11-week-old Jace.
The person also claimed Jolie was sad because she was spending time with her dad and Kramer’s husband, Mike Caussin.
“The whole week she was sick she got stuck with daddy so mommy could take care of Jace,” the person commented, which Kramer shared on her Instagram page.
“Maybe it’s not the baby anymore syndrome.”
This comment really upset Kramer and she shared a video on her Instagram Story discussing the situation.
“I know I shouldn’t respond to comments, especially comments like that, but it just drives me crazy that people feel the need to comment on my pictures,” she explained.
“And then it makes me upset because I’m like, I want to be able to post a temper tantrum of Jolie’s, just to keep it real, and for the other moms out there, you’re not alone.”
She continued, “Yet, I have people trolling my page saying, ‘Well, she’s doing that because of this.’ Like, just stop. You don’t know, you don’t live in this house, you don’t know what’s going on. Please don’t tell me why my child’s acting that way. Thanks.”
