Danielle Staub is hitting the pause button on her nuptials. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was supposed to tie the knot with her fiancé, Oliver Maier, on Monday, March 4, but they have decided to postpone the wedding.
This comes just a few days after the reality star revealed she was engaged to Maier, who happens to be the Duke of Provence.
Not to mention, this also comes less than one week after Staub finalized her divorce from ex-husband Marty Caffrey.
“Danielle and Oliver are temporarily postponing their wedding but are still very much engaged,” a source told E! News on Saturday, March 2.
“Danielle is going to spend a few days with her daughters recognizing this all happened very fast. Her children have always been her number one priority and that will never change.”
Staub and Maier got engaged while they were vacationing in St. Barth. Staub also picked out her engagement ring on vacation, which happens to be a ruby.

“I’m madly in love. I’m feeling elated and excited about the next stage of my life. I’m going to marry the man of my possible dreams and hopefully I’ll spend the rest of my life in bliss,” Staub told People.
This also happens to be Staub’s 21st engagement and will be her fourth marriage.
“Most likely we’ll be spending a lot of time in France. We’ll be going to castles and all that, and living in Paris for a certain amount of months out of the year,” she shared.
“It’s going to be far different than Jersey, that’s for sure.”
