The Handmaid’s Tale Flashback Video: June and Moira Reunite

A major moment back in Season 1 of The Handmaid’s Tale was when June (Elisabeth Moss) was finally reunited with her best friend, Moira (Samira Wiley), inside of a Gilead brothel.

Though it wasn’t the best of circumstances for Moira, June is just happy to know she’s still alive and wanted to know everything her friend had been through while she was gone.

“I took the train into Boston like we planned. I remembered a safe house Quaker family …” Moira says in the clip. “I got lucky, they knew someone in the Underground. They’re smuggling Handmaid’s out of the country, trying to anyway.” Watch the video above to remember this pivotal scene!
