Viewers got to learn a lot more about their favorite characters in Season 2 of The Handmaid’s Tale, including what their lives were like before all this craziness started. In fact, fans got to see June’s (Elisabeth Moss) complicated relationship with her mother, Holly, as well as what Moria (Samira Wiley) is up to now that she’s in Canada.
In the video above, Wiley reveals what her character is going through now that she’s out of Gilead and how it’s affecting her mental state.
“The first time we see Canada it’s so wonderful, but it’s also so overwhelming that you don’t have your family. You don’t have people who have held you up your entire life,” Wiley says.
