Gwen Stefani just proved she’s the ultimate dream maker during her Las Vegas concert on Saturday, July 13. The once and future co-star on NBC’s The Voice certainly understands how to make her mark.
The pop star shared a video to her Instagram page on Sunday, July 14 of herself pulling a little girl on stage during her show. She hugs her to her in a moment you know the little girl (and probably her entire family) will remember forever.
“My favorite muffin from last night #justagirlvegas @phvegas @zappostheater #grateful,” she captioned the video that she posted to the popular social media app.
Not only was the little girl so excited to be in the presence of her hero, but she was also crying and couldn’t stop hugging the 49-year-old after she was thrust into the unexpected spotlight.
“This is why I’m doing these shows right here. I’m so honored, I’m so grateful to you guys, you have no idea. It’s because of you that I’m doing the show. You know that right?” she tells the crowd and the little girl. Stefani also made sure they took a picture together to forever capture the moment for the starstruck girl!
Stefani announced her Las Vegas residency back in April 2018 with an Instagram post, writing, “It’s happening!! My very first Las Vegas residency ‘Just A Girl’ is opening June 27th at @ZapposTheater inside @PHVegas!”
The residency will conclude on November 2, 2019, and Stefani pledged to donate $1 from every ticket to the organization, Cure4Kids, which helps kids fighting cancer.
