Chris Harrison is no stranger to drama, especially when it comes to Bachelors and Bachelorettes threatening to quit. In fact, the long-time host has pretty much seen it all since he started the show years ago.
Fans know Colton Underwood threatens to quit the show at some point during his season — though we haven’t seen it yet — but it wasn’t that shocking for Chris.
“I mean, it happens a lot. It happens more than you think. There’s varying degrees of it, there’s varying degrees of getting fed up in how you express your anger, in how you express your emotions,” he told Entertainment Tonight.
“He happens to be the most athletic SOB we’ve ever had, so he was able to express it like an Olympian [by jumping over a fence and quitting], but they all get there.”
“I remember, Rachel [Lindsay] is someone who comes to mind, who was unbelievably headstrong. Being a lawyer, I think she was just more authoritative and more articulate about it,” he recalled.
Following last night’s emotional episode of The Bachelor, Colton is now down to his final four women — Hannah G, Caelynn, Cassie, and Tayshia.
He decided to send Hannah B home following their one-on-one date, which completely blindsided her.
He also sent Kirpa home following the group date, when he gave out the roses to both Hannah G and Cassie.
However, Heather was the first woman to leave during the episode when she decided to send herself home.
Though he is excited to visit all of the four ladies’ hometowns and meet their parents, we still have Colton’s infamous breakdown to look forward to.
Do you think Colton’s fence-jumping moment will happen next episode? Why do you think he decides to run away? Leave us all of your guesses in the comments section below!
