It what has been a total whirlwind week for Danielle Staub, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star has ended her relationship with Oliver Maier.
This news comes just a few days after the reality star revealed she had postponed her wedding to Oliver, which was supposed to happen on Monday, March 4.
According to Us Weekly, the former couple is no longer planning on getting married and Danielle may have actually never gotten an engagement ring in the first place.
Staub, who has been engaged 21 times, went public with her relationship on Instagram a couple of weeks ago and even shared a photo of them while on vacation.
Needless to say, fans aren’t too shocked to see this relationship end and neither is Staub’s ex-husband Marty Caffrey, who she just divorced.
“I wish, and will always wish, [for] Danielle to achieve true love and happiness,” he told Us Weekly.
“I fell in love with her, remember? And although I divorced her last August, this still troubles me.”
“I had early suspicions and doubts about the sincerity about this St. Barts nonsense,” he explained.
“Oliver and Danielle would serve themselves well by putting their feet on the ground and staying there forever. I doubt either can.”
Staub responded to Caffrey’s comments in a statement, saying, “Marty would serve himself well by minding his own business and not trying to start a career in reality television.”
Fans also reacted to Staub’s split, with one person tweeting, “Everyone needs to stop reporting on @daniellestaub and giving her the attention she wants! The broad is nuts.”
“I’m sorry but I rather shove pencils in my eyes than hear another story about another possible suitor for Danielle Staub,” another wrote.
