Dancing Off the Pounds
It’s no secret these celebrities lose weight when they compete on the ABC show. It’s a fun way to work out. Fans can try it at home with the DWTS: Dancing off the Pounds DVD. In a new interview on the Lightweights Podcast with Joe Vulpis, Graziadei shared his weight loss experience with the dancing competition.
He was baffled that he lost so much weight in little time. His fiancée, Kelsey Anderson, noticed a change in his body. You’ll likely lose weight when you spend most of your time doing kicks and flips. Fans recall that Graziadei performed many versions of the jive this season.
“I’m definitely getting cut, but I’m losing a lot of weight, and my size 32 pants, I need a 30 all of a sudden, it feels like, ’cause I’m having to buckle it up so tight,” Graziadei explained.
He did build muscle in some places. For instance, Graziadei gained strength when lifting up his partner, Jenna Johnson. He compared it to a strength training session. Graziadei still plans to dance long after the show. He doesn’t want to lose the strides he made. The reality star loves the results he’s gotten.
