Kaitlyn Bristowe and other cast members of Dancing With the Stars went to extraordinary measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus during taping of the dance reality competition series. Alas, now, Bristowe has both a COVID-19 update and a warning for all her followers about how easily the virus can be transmitted.
Kaitlyn Bristowe Has A Warning
“Unfortunately, this is our Christmas card this year,” Bristowe posted along with a photo of her and beau Jason Tartick, looking somber and a bit under the weather. “We have Covid 😭Jason and I had been trying to quarantine before seeing family. We thought we were making a responsible decision to have ONE person over, who had been tested daily for work. Negative tests 4 days in a row.”
Alas, Bristowe’s guest didn’t test negative five days in a row. “The day we saw her, she became positive which we all found out the next day,” the DWTS mirror ball champion reveals. “Now, like many, we will spend Christmas by ourselves. We just want to let everyone know that we thought we were being safe, but covid is bigger than us.
“Today, We are thinking of everyone who is spending the holidays alone, anyone who is sick or overcoming something, (as 2020 has taught us to overcome a lot), and all of the healthcare workers who have been away from family, taking care of others for months, and months now. We will be ok!! Be safe and happy holidays!!”
Pals are weighing in on Bristowe’s post with supportive comments and words of encouragement. “Oh no!” posted Chrishell Stause of Selling Sunset, and one a DWTS Season 29 competitor. “Please feel better soon!! Sending you both so much love💕💕💕💕🙏🏼.”
“Get well soon!” wrote Nick Viall (The Bachelor). Added Kendall Long (The Bachelor, Season 22): “Sending love your way! Hoping for a speedy recovery💕.” Entertain Hub joins Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick’s followers, friends, and family in wishing the duo a speedy recovery. The Bachelor Season 25 debuts Monday, January 4 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
