He’s faced the villainous Goldfinger (the man with the Midas touch), rescued the world from the destructive force of GoldenEye, and learned that The World Is Not Enough. Now, James Bond – with the help of singer/songwriter Billie Eilish – is here to announce that he has No Time To Die.

The Latest Bond Theme Is Here

Eilish took to Instagram today in order to share a small sampling of her latest music video, No Time To Die, which will serve as the theme song for the upcoming James Bond film of the same name.

In the same post, Eilish included a message that read in part, “We shot this in February and it’s finally out. Love bond and still so honored to be a part of it…” The music video, which was directed by Daniel Kleinman, intercuts black and white recordings of Eilish performing in front of a microphone with footage from the actual Cary Joji Fukunaga (Beasts of No Nation, True Detective, etc.)-helmed picture. You can see the entire music video below.

No Time To Die will serve as the 25th official entry in the James Bond franchise and, if rumors are to be relived, it will also be the final film to star actor Daniel Craig who has played Bond in four other pictures dating back to 2006’s Casino Royale.

Its plot synopsis is as follows: “Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter, from the CIA, turns up asking for help.

“The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.”

In addition to Craig, No Time To Die will feature Naomie Harris (Moneypenny), Ralph Fiennes (M), Ben Whishaw (Q), Lea Seydoux (Madeleine Swaine, M.D.) and Christopher Waltz (Ernst Stavro Blofeld) as well as Bond newcomer Rami Malek, who will serve as the film’s main antagonist.

No Time To Die is scheduled for release on November 12, 2020, in the United Kingdom and Australia and on November 20, 2020, in North America.
