BH90210 Star Gabrielle Carteris Shows Off First Tattoo

While Gabrielle Carteris’s BH90210 character is trying something new by dating a woman, the real one is also doing something new — getting her first tattoo — and here’s a first look at it!

The actress shared the exciting news on Instagram on Thursday and even included a video of the work being done. The tattoo says, ‘I am the storm,’ and Carteris captioned the post, “Finally got my first tattoo! Swipe to watch it all go down! Sorry for the poor quality.”

Carteris also added, “The quote comes from this saying, ‘Fate whispers to the warrior beware the storm. The warrior whispers back ‘I am the storm!’” She also shared an image of the tattoo on her arm.

As previously mentioned, Carteris’s character on BH90210 — which is a heightened and fictionalized version of herself — just revealed she’s been seeing a woman on the most recent episode.

Though she hasn’t labeled herself as gay or bi, her co-stars were all very supportive. The new series, which also stars Shannen Doherty, Tori Spelling, Jennie Garth, Brian Austin Green, Jason Priestly, and Ian Ziering, premiered in August and the season finale is set to air next week on Wednesday, September 11.

In fact, judging by clip shared on the BH90210 Instagram page, it looks like the finale will be full of drama. Then again, could we really expect anything less from this meta show? “It’s all or nothing next Wednesday on the season finale of #BH90210. Don’t miss it!” the caption said.

While the show started out strong, the viewing numbers have dwindled the past couple of weeks and it’s yet to be announced if there will be a Season 2.
