Bachelor Star Ben Higgins Dating Again Following 2017 Split From Lauren Bushnell

Sorry Bachelor fans, it looks like Ben Higgins is off the the market!

The former Bachelor star has been single since his split from ex-fiancée Lauren Bushnell back in 2017.

Though it has taken him some time to get back into the dating pool, it looks like he’s finally found someone special.

“I’ve started dating again. This is big news, right?” he said on his Almost Famous podcast with co-host Ashley Iaconetti.

“I am dating. I’m actually dating one person that we’ll talk about in a couple of weeks.”

Ben didn’t reveal any other details about this lucky lady, but he did say they are doing long-distance and that she’s “the best, purest person I know.”

The 29-year-old has been very honest with fans about his dating struggles, even revealing back in September 2017 that he couldn’t be exclusive with anyone just yet.

“I’m not trying to hide anything. I’ve gone on a couple dates. It’s been nothing but dates. I think it’s been blown out of proportion,” he said at the time to E! News.

“I’m not exclusively with anybody. But I am starting to put my foot back in the water. Life’s been a little crazy for me, and it took me a while to get my mind and heart back in the place to start dating again.”

He continued, “But I’m starting to, and I think that’s the best step. I didn’t know how to start, and I’m starting. But that’s about as far as it goes. There’s some great people in my life. Hopefully soon I will be able to show somebody off.”

Meanwhile, Ben’s ex Lauren is currently dating country singer Chris Lane.
