A Parent’s Worst Nightmare: Can Days of Our Lives’ Thrady Survive?

Theresa and Brady are hanging on by a thread as they search for their missing son on “Days of Our Lives.”

She has lashed out, blaming him for allowing Summer (Marie Wilson) to get close when they thought she was to blame. He had a lead — which Theresa screwed up by scaring the man off the phone. There have been almost no leads but plenty of recriminations — which will all be forgotten if Tate is found.

But what if he isn’t found? Can these two hold onto their love, or will it tear them apart? Soap Hub asked if you believe this couple can survive or is it over already?

Too Much Pain
This question obviously hit a nerve, with over 6,000 people weighing in on the question. Sadly, 79% believe that losing their son might be too much for Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa (Jen Lilley), and their love would not survive. Perhaps you’re also just realists. Everyone knows that Lilley is exiting her role before the end of the year. The end of Thrady has to happen somehow.

Love Triumphs
Hope springs eternal for 18% of you who can’t believe “Days of Our Lives” could be so cruel as to have this pair go through so much only to rip them apart. Love can survive! Perhaps they’ll find their way back to each other (if the show recasts Theresa). Stranger things have happened.
