And while Abigail’s concern and feelings for Chad may frustrate Dario, “it’s not outward,” insists Miller. “Dario knows that that wouldn’t benefit him in Abigail’s eyes.”
What Happens Next?
So, the charade continues as Abigail seriously considers helping her friend, while that friend continues to deceive her. What will happen when the truth comes out? Expect things not to bode well for Dario.
“Abby has a lot of strength and lot of loyalty,” explains Miller. “For somebody to take advantage of that… to manipulate that in such a way to be deceitful and take advantage of her to make his circumstances better, when he knows it’s not what she wants, is just disgusting to her.

“When all this information comes to a head… when the truth comes out [that Dario’s been lying] and slaps Abby across the face, its’s very sobering,” concludes Miller. “It’s a big moment, and Abigail really takes the opportunity to let Dario have it. Those scenes with Jordi [Vilasuso, Dario] are certainly some of my favorites since I’ve been at DAYS.”
