It’s a powerhouse week of revelations, murder twists, and secrets unraveling, according to Days of our Lives spoilers preview. Among all the drama, young love fights for a chance to survive while a beloved veteran couple shares their final scene together. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of July 8-12, 2024.
“Bobby” aka Everett (Blake Berris) continues to dangle a carrot in front of Jada (Elia Cantu) regarding what he knows about the murder of Li Shin. “We know who killed Li,” says Jada. “No, you don’t,” retorts “Bobby” shaking his head.
A finally a free-from-prison Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) decides to even the score with the man who put her there: EJ (Dan Feurriegel). So she makes a bombshell revelation at the DA’s press conference. “EJ is not Jude’s father,” she announces. “Eric is.”
Stefan (Brandon Barash) is stunned since his wife promised she’d keep mum about the news. And so are EJ and Nicole (Arianne Zucker). “Is this true?” Nicole asks her husband.
EJ stands there in stunned disbelief, realizing his life is crumbling before his eyes. He’s unable to utter a word. Finally, Nicole demands, “Say something.”
Nicole quickly puts two and two together. “You knew, you bastard,” she shouts, pushing EJ away from her.
Later, alone in the DiMera mansion, EJ has a major meltdown, tossing a glass into the fireplace and letting out a guttural scream. But while his world is falling apart, Eric’s is suddenly being put back together. Nicole races to find her ex before he leaves Salem and delivers miraculous news about Jude. “He’s your son,” she tells him.
Another “murder” begins unraveling. Namely, what really happened to the late Abigail? Apparently, a torn Chad (Billy Flynn) proposes something to Jack (Matthew Ashford) that absolutely enrages him. “You want to dig up my daughter’s body,” spats Jack at his son-in-law.
Later, in a Salem cemetery, things get underway. Jack and Chad look on as two workers get to work on raising Abigail’s coffin from the ground.
Meanwhile, Leo (Greg Rikaart) is sharing some TV time with Marlena (Deidre Hall), and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) stumbles upon something he shouldn’t have seen: Tate (Leo Howard) and Holly (Ashley Puzemis) together. “You cannot tell my mother,” Tate implores him.
It’s the last Doug and Julie scene ever, as the late Bill Hayes’ final episode finally airs. And it is one to remember. “Did I ever tell you how much I love you?” Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) asks her onscreen and off-screen husband. Then, they share a tender kiss.
